What is Modia?

Modica is my small artist brand where I make one-of-a-kind jewelry from polymer clay.

How long will it take to ship my order?

If the item is in stock, it will ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. For pre-ordered or customized items, please allow 7–14 days for production and shipping. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, I only ship within the United States.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.

How is my jewelry packaged?

I keep packaging simple and eco-friendly — no extra fluff, just what’s needed to keep your jewelry safe and lovely when it arrives. I sometimes reuse boxes to help reduce waste.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, I don’t accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped, I may not be able to modify or cancel it.
