Shipping & Orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. Custom or made-to-order pieces take up to 14 days to make, plus an additional 3–5 business days for delivery once shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship within the United States.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Please contact contact@modicaclay.shop as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available in the 94080 area or at pop-up locations. Please email contact@modicaclay.shop before ordering so we can arrange the details.

Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
Not at all. Polymer clay is remarkably lightweight, so even statement pieces feel featherlight and comfortable to wear all day.
What materials do you use for the hardware?
I use hypoallergenic, nickel-free hardware, so they're gentle on sensitive ears.
Will my earrings look exactly like the photo?
Because every pair is hand-sculpted, small variations in color, shape, and texture are natural. It's what makes each piece one of a kind. Yours will closely match the photo, with its own subtle character.
How is my jewelry packaged?
Your piece arrives in eco-friendly packaging with minimal waste, and I sometimes reuse shipping boxes to keep things green.
Gift packaging: Buying this as a present? A dedicated gift box is available upon request for an extra $10 fee, just let me know or select it at checkout!
Care & Returns
How should I care for my clay jewelry?
Store your pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water to protect the finish and hardware, and wipe them gently with a soft, damp cloth if they get dirty.
Important: While polymer clay has a touch of natural flexibility, do not bend your jewelry or subject it to heavy pressure, as this can weaken the material or cause it to snap.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of earrings and the unique, handmade quality of each piece, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact contact@modicaclay.shop within 3 days of delivery with photos showing the damage, and I'll offer a replacement or refund.
